My whole concept behind this program is to help you get started on your fitness journey without restricting you to a cookie cutter “bodybuilder diet” and training plan. We will achieve this by allowing you to enjoy life with a few lifestyle changes to lead you into a healthier and FIT AF version of yourself. I strive to make this lifestyle change doable so we can finish what we started.
This is a journey and a lifestyle change, but we are in this together. My goal is to give you a better understanding of meal prep, along with some tricks to make the whole process a little easier (and tastier), so that you will stick to your plan and reach your goal.
I, myself have been on my own fitness journey for years and I have learned that consistency is key. In the past, I always gave up when I didn’t see good enough change, or if I had a slip up with my diet or training, instead of just making a few small changes. Over the past year, I have stayed consistent, made a few changes here and there, but overall I have seen drastic changes BECAUSE I STUCK TO IT.

This plan is based on YOUR goals and is completely customized for you. I am not going to just give you a plan and let you fend for yourself. I do weekly "check-ins", where we will be making changes if needed. I am by your side through your journey and I am always going to be on your team.
